

Katy Hollister is a seasoned global leader and financial expert with nearly four decades of leadership, strategic and operational experience at Deloitte, as well as public company, and non-profit, board experience. Throughout her career at Deloitte, Katy designed and drove strategic initiatives and led operations across Deloitte’s most important businesses, most recently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer for the $8 billion Global Tax and Legal practice of 45,000 professionals, leading in the global integration of all country global practices and technology transformation. Katy was also a member of the Deloitte U.S. and Global Boards of Directors.
Following retirement from Deloitte, Katy joined, in 2021, the Clear Secure, Inc. (NYSE:YOU) Board of Directors, serving on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, and in 2022, the Endava PLC (NYSE:DAVA) Board of Directors, serving on the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee. These public company board roles compliment decades of non-profit board service, currently including the University of Cincinnati Health Foundation Board of Directors, where she is Board Chair, and the UC Health LLC Board of Directors, where she serves on the Audit and Compliance Committee and Investment Committee.
As a Duke alum, Katy chaired the first Duke Women’s Impact Network (WIN) committee, she is an Emeriti member of the Fuqua Board of Visitors, and a member of the WIN-Athletics committee. Katy was elected to the Duke University Board of Trustees in 2017 and currently serves as chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee, and as a member of the Executive Committee and Resources Committee. She also serves as a member of the Research Collaboration, Translation and Commercialization Advisory Committee.
Katy has a B.A. from Duke University, a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is a lawyer and CPA both licensed (inactive) in Ohio. She is married to Brad Miller (Trinity ’81), a physician, and they have 2 sons, Ryan (Sr Philanthropic Gift Officer, V Foundation for Cancer Research) and Luke (Pratt ’17, Beghou Consulting).
